Our therapeutic framework
The therapeutic framework refers to the environment in which the psychotherapeutic process occurs and the therapeutic alliance is established. This framework is guided by specific “guidelines” that constitute the “therapeutic contract,” which we mutually agree upon and adhere to. This collaborative agreement facilitates consistent and uninterrupted therapeutic sessions, fostering a “safe” therapeutic space and relationship.
Process overview
Appointments can be scheduled via telephone or through an online platform, depending on availability.
In our initial sessions, we will engage in a comprehensive intake assessment to understand your personal history and clarify your therapeutic needs and goals. During these meetings, we will collaboratively define the therapeutic framework, which can be adapted as your needs evolve throughout the process.
As part of the assessment, you may be asked to complete a targeted questionnaire, which can be provided electronically for completion or filled out in person. This will help us gather essential information to inform our therapeutic approach.
Session frequency
It is recommended that sessions occur weekly, lasting for 50 minutes each. To optimize the efficacy of the intervention, maintaining a consistent schedule for appointments is essential.

Fees
The fee for each session is €55, with reduced rates available for students and individuals who are unemployed (all insurance plans are accepted). For remote sessions, payment is required at least two days in advance via iris or bank transfer.
In cases of unavoidable circumstances, sessions can be canceled without financial penalty if notified at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made on the same day will incur the full session fee due to the reserved time.
Confidentiality
Our relationship is founded on trust and confidentiality, which is protected by law. According to Article 371/4 of the Penal Code, confidentiality may only be breached in the following situations:
- Child abuse
- If the client poses a risk of harm to themselves or others
In such instances, the therapist is required, per the Code of Ethics, to inform the client that a breach of confidentiality may be necessary.
